THE PLAN

We’re keeping the day relaxed, informal and very much us. Think less traditional wedding timetable and more small private gathering with good people, good food, music, drinks and plenty of time to wander, chat and enjoy yourselves.
Exact timings will appear here nearer the day, but the important bit for now is to keep the date free.
GETTING THERE
Penhale Pantry

We’ll add parking and arrival information here once we’ve finished working out exactly where everything is going.
STAYING OVER
Camping is available on site at Penhale for anyone who wants to make a night of it.
There will also be space for caravans and campervans, although we need to keep an eye on numbers so we know how much space we’re dealing with.
If you’d like to stay on site, please tell us when you RSVP and let us know whether you’ll be bringing a tent, caravan or campervan.
We’ll add the practical details nearer the time — arrival, pitches, facilities and everything else you’ll need to know.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear something you feel good in.
This is not black tie, and nobody is going to measure the formality of your outfit.
Parts of the day will be outside and on grass, so footwear capable of surviving Cornwall would be sensible.
FOOD & DRINK
There will be plenty of both.
We’re still working out the exact details, but nobody is being sent home hungry.
Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when you RSVP.
MUSIC & NONSENSE
There will be live music, a bar and various other things that seemed like a good idea when we thought of them.
We’re deliberately not revealing everything yet.
ANIMALS
Some of our own animals will hopefully be joining us.
This depends entirely on weather, welfare and whether they feel like cooperating.
They have not yet agreed to the running order.
GIFTS
Your presence really is enough of a present for us.
After 18 years together we already have rather a lot of stuff, and while we’re still building the house, very little space to put any more of it.
We genuinely don’t expect gifts.
If you would really like to give us something, we’d be incredibly grateful for a contribution towards finishing the house and the next chapter of our life together.
But mostly: come, have a drink, listen to some music and celebrate with us.
